with a specific example mayb?

Look for the 2008 preliminary report from uac, look at a table with "scaled mean" colume, and there you go.

But seriously, with these three subjects - it doesn't make much of a difference. If trends continue, all three subjects will be ~ 30.

0.xx won't make that much of a difference.

That's what we got told at school, although chem is usually scaled higher than physics. There wasn't much difference between chem and physics though

i was told at school ( by the economics teacher )

Physics > Economics > Chem

and he kept on telling us Chem is a shit course not worth doing

These show why there isn't a straight answer. Based on the average it was Chem > Eco > Bio
Looking at the top end it was Eco > Chem > Physics
Looking at lower end it was Phys > Eco > Chem

Based on the top end and number in each course achieving the higher marks it was Physics > Chem > Eco

So they around the same and the stats can be used to argue whichever way you like. If you are in the top end of any of them you will receive a similar amount of boost
