No.
No it doesn't.
Natural, unpainted nails look natural.
French manicures look like french manicures.
Sorry, but it's the sad truth of life.
They don't look natural, or like you put no effort into them,
they look like you went to great lengths and put a lot of effort
into making them look like you put no effort into them.

Lol.

My work doesn't let us wear nail polish, so I wear clear nail polish.

i might paint my fingernails after the exams
suggest me some colours?
Put a different optical illusion into each one!
or
with a REALLY fine tipped brush, draw famous paintings on each :p

Hey, it's easier than half the shit women do to themselves to try and feel beautiful!

Black.

My 'staple' nail polish colours are black, red and peach. They're the only three I have and want.

Actually, I want/need purple.

for the shiny factor?

plus coloured polish takes me FOREVER because I can't stand having even the tiniest flaw in the application. With clear polish you can't see any slip-ups so I don't care
Or you could... you know...

Not wear any

What difference does it really make how shiney your nails are?

You do recognise that no one cares other than you, and the make-up companies profiting off your insecurity, right? - assuming they even notice.

Nothing is sexier or more beautiful than the human form. Why would you hide that behind anything so expensive and pointless?

I was replying to your post about clear polish. It costs like $2 at Priceline. :)
I don't think that I'd have anything on my nails if I had to fork out $29.95 for coloured nails. That's just me though.
