my bmi is 22.5~ perfectly healthy, if that's any consolationYou must be small and malnourished.
thats ok then. Your metabolism must be really slow seeing as you only eat like twice later on in the day. If you spread out your food evenly over the day (6 meals) youd probably lose weight.my bmi is 22.5~ perfectly healthy, if that's any consolation
no matter how little i eat.. my body mass will always stay the same <3
Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.are you on a fat diet
Me too, just not big. cos i'm a girl (not enough testosterone)Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.
Its basically 2.5 times the recommended daily fat intake (80g). 3 times the recommended protein intake daily (50g). 60% of a normal diet is recommended to be made up by carbohydrates, in a keto carbs MUST make up less than 5% of the total calories.
Hard to comprehend but when done successfully keto maintains muscle mass while optimising fat loss. So basically im eating as much fat as I can to be as big and lean as ive ever been.
ok then... makes sense, except for the last bit.Ketogenic diet. ie. high protein, high fat, VERY low (trace) carbs.

no carbs for 4 days. Fully glycogen depleted now i'd say. Only 6-7 more days til I can carb-up... ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ate too much beforehand or needed a bigger gap between eating and working out?
