last time i did them at the gym i did 80 inclined
they are pretty easy once your msucles are strong enough as you are only lifting your torso
after like 60 it starts to really burn and after 90 i feel a bit dizzy lol
yeah some are good at crunches, some are good at other things. eventually your core muscles get used to it.
i used to be super good at pushups. i was able to do 100, and it was the same as with zombie. i'd be fine till 70, then it'd start to burn, then at 90 i'd be a tad dizzy.
