Can you give us your trial marks, as they can help put your rankings into perspective a little better.

I reakon 88-93. You should get band 6's in economics, ancient and business. Obviously, maths will pull you down and possibly standard as well, even though you have a very good ranking for it. This is because the subject aligns poorly.

isn't trial your last assessment task ? if so, you just have to ace your external for maths, maybe somewhere in the mid 80s+.

Umm you can check the website..
But UWS gives bonus points if you live in GWS area (greater western sydney) - 5 bonus points
OR if you score moderately well in your subjects e.g. band 5's or 6's in certain subjects provide bonus points in excess of 3+, i believe.

I was just joking about UWS, haha, I would like to gain entry into medicine there, but we'll see.
I'm not sure how the Law faculty is there, should probably ask people.
I know that for medicine people always say "medicine is medicine", I'm not sure how this related to Law..

But yeah, just try your best in the externals, work hard and you should get your goal. There is still 2 months until HSC time, which is plenty of time to knuckle down and ensure you do your absolute best, and from looking at your results, this should yield positive results which should be sufficient for your desired courses. =)

http://www.uws.edu.au/informationab...s/law/bachelor_of_economics__bachelor_of_laws

You get 10 bonus points just for getting band 5 in economics...
Wow, uws are so desperate to get students into their uni.

You can check out the macquarie bonus points too.

But unsw points are mainly from doing well in maths and englishes (advanced+)

Is anybody familiar with how Law works with different universities? E.g. are the job prospects dramatically different between completing a degree at Usyd/UNSW vs. UWS/UTS/MACQ.
