I don't go General but I bet it was pretty easy.
People over here had trouble remembering how many minutes were in a degree :D

Serious shit's going down LOL.

By the looks of it mainly problem solving based questions are involved. So unless they have decent English skills and cutting away the fat to get @ the meat of a Q they've got no chance.

But for 2U+ it would be pretty easy; no Calculus :)

According to those coming out early from the exam Q28 was a killer.

Multiple choice was alright, the long response answers (Highly worded questions) :

Q23 - Q26 were easy

from Q27 onwards apparently got very complicated.

But of course this is based on their opinions.

That exam was hands down the easiest in recent memory; past papers dwarfed it difficulty wise to a significant degree. There was very little in the way of harder topics ie. annuities, non-linear, and in my opinion there will be a TON of people getting above 90 as a raw score. Took me an hour to do the first time, so I just re-did it again and then left with 20min to go to beat the rush. Expecting 93+ purely based on the simplicity of the paper.

^.^ very pleased

It was an easy paper, though ill probably get something like a 70. I really dont care about maths, im glad im done with it for the rest of my life. Though, if i studied a bit and put an effort in it, i wouldve got a 90 for sure. People that knew what they were doing wouldve smashed this paper.

Question 19 from multiple choice was hard to comprehend considering the possible answers provided. The question asked us to calculate the total pay a mechanic receives when he works 40 hours @ $22.35/hour, plus a special allowance of 150/week and double time for 'emergency hours'. However, it states that he only receives the double time when he works for a minimum of 4 hours. It states that he works for 5 hours on one emergency occasion and 1.5 on another thus the double time on 1.5 would not be counted,Thus, many people were getting the answer '1267.5' however it was not provided in the options. I would like to know how people found the real answer

Not saying that I am right, but this is what I did:
22.35 * 40 gives a total of $894 per week.
He gets $150 for a call out.
The total number of hours of the call out are 5+1.5 = 6.5
6.5 * 44.70 (which is the double time rate)= 290.55

So, 894+150+290.55 = $1334.55 which was (c)

Hope that helps! (Hope it's right, haha!) God Bless!

I thought it was really easy, including question 28, actually tbh I thought 23 was harder. I finished with 45 minutes to check and mae sure of everything. There was about 8 marks I'm unsure of, and three in the multiple choice. So hoping for high 80's, but my rank will bring my mark down to low 80's... :/

Whoops! I thought it said that "the minimum he gets for a emergency is 4-hours double time", regardless of the length. I believe he did an emergency for 1.5hours (4-hours minimum) and 5 hours, so i did a total of 9hours at double time for emergencies. Then i added the $150 and the $894. I think i got D for that question then.
