Anyone know any good Ice breakers, you know to get some convo going without sounding like a random stalker 0.0

You need to tailor it to the context/circumstances. Generic lines don't cut it.

e.g. if you were looking at a picture of (or an actual) polar bear, you can use the what's a polar bear good for...

Start off with a "Hey" follow it up with a convo such as,
"Is this your first year?"
"Which subjects are you doing?"
"Where do you live?" (might want to wait a bit for this one - depends on how it's going).
"How're you finding it?"
"This lecturer sure is terrible isn't he (she)"

etc... once you get it started just continue it and after the first time it'll make it a lot less awkward and you wont even realise that you're making total random conversations without even trying (like you do normally with your friends).

LOL it's easy to make friends in the first few lectures and tutorials at uni... before it becomes lame/awkward! So make the most of it.

Just say hi and introduce yourself.

Like legit this works, it shows ur confident enough and committed enough to actually start a convo
