ahh thanks lol.

What is everyone aiming for?

Hoping for a distinction... but most likely will end up with a credit :haha:
I'm kind of hoping for a prize, I've missed out by a mark or so too many times haha.

But will probs get a D/HD.

Imma get a ...non applicable. Since I was too late in handing in note. Gah.
I didn't even have any intentions of doing it until I 'accidently' paid for it in the school fees.... :haha:

So might as well do it since I paid for it!

Yer how did you guess it lol.

You'd have more of a chance actually working the asnwer out than guessing it right imo.
I ran out of time so I just guessed haha.

Ideally a HD but tbh I don't really care- I just do it because its interesting, I don't mind about my result (as long as its not a participation or something...)
Lol this exam is compulsory at our school however we all defied the rules and used the excuse of "studying for trials" to get out of it. Hopefully someone at school can give me their paper if not I have evil plans up my sleeve.
The test is IN our trial week- between 4U and chem lol

What % do you have to be for each stage in the senior division?

Like top % of the state for a Credit, D, HD, Prize, etc.

I'd be devastated with a participation.

I know prize is 0.3% and I think HD is like 5% and D 25% for the senior division

Here is a question from the 2005 paper: The function y=f(x) is a function such that f(f(x))=6x-2005 for all real x. An integer t satisfies the equation f(t)=6t-2005. Find t.

Yeah

Looking at the back of my Year 8 Credit Certificate:

For middle primary, upper primary, junior and intermediate:
Prize is top 0.3%, HD is top 2%, D is top 15% and Credit is top 50%

For senior:
Prize is top 0.3%, HD is top 5%, D is top 25% and Credit is top 60%

Yep, they get a medal for full marks. There are multiple people each year

t=401

Nice question!
