textbook answer:

Males have earn an average weekly income of 1100, whilst females earn 720
This can be attributed to the attitudes toward women in society as well as a lack of training options for women until very recently
Furthermore, as many women opt to exit the workforce to become homemakers, this has distorted the average figures.
Additionally, the rate of casual and part time labour amongst women is higher than it is amongst men

i draw a graph , saying decrease labour demanded and increase labour supplied, thus short fall represents unemployment..

I answered that in the long term it increases labour force mobility and stuff but realistically the question asked for a short term how that would reduce labour force and keep the unemployment number effectively increasing it proportionally
