Can average of 79% in business studies be moderated up past 80% (1 Viewer)

If i got 79% as an average for business studies, can moderation bring up the mark past 80%. What would happen if you achieve 95 in the business hsc with assesment mark of 80-82%. Would they bring up your assesment mark as well?

What I assume op means is what if s/he gets 90% raw or final in the hsc? Well if your ego is that strong then your final mark will be like in the other thread, (really good + above average)/2 = alright
