speaking of trauma you have no idea whenever I look or think about any of my English stuff I just start mindlessly reciting my essays and then stressing when I don’t get them right help

like last night when I was trying to sleep I was mentally reading my 1984 essay and then started stressing a ton and then I was like “wtf why am I stressing I’m literally done with this”
