I literally deleted all social media. I was averaging like 6 hours a day and realised how fried my brain was. Now it's like if im not scrolling might aswell get up and do something so im not bored out of my mind. Like honestly instead of studying today I read a whole ass book but at the end of the day thats more beneficial than using that time to scroll on TikTok.literally how do you guys work up the courage to get out of bed, sit at your desk and do genuine work. like. it doesn't work that way for me. its like i have ADHD paralysis (not that im claiming to have ADHD, I just suffer with this exact thing) where I KNOW i have to do it but my brain literally won't let me like I can't. HOW????????
