we get our scaled mark for each course with the corresponding band. All marks then get collated to an ATAR, available at 9am.

That exam was perceived to be very easy even among the lower tier so no wonder the scaling is hostile.

At least actual hard exams like Math Advanced actually scaled up by almost 30 for raw 40s/50s.

Why are so many people using the Talent 100 calculator? It’s not official and doesn’t have 2024 data. The UAC one is most accurate, at most +/-0.50

it's not that so many people are using it, just that it can't handle the same level of traffic as the official UAC one as it's just a tutoring company site. That is why it is down whilst the uac one is still available.

All those HSC results “reveals” videos on Nine/NewsCorp today are all fake. 95% of the state woke up and saw a text from NESA. Logging into students online isn’t needed.
