Why do you think its such a big issue? The rhetorical comparisons to China and 1984 are massive exaggerations and you know it. Far from encroaching on anyones freedom the biggest impact it will have on your life is to marginally slow your internet speed down, something I put to you is somewhat less important than the governments stances on climate change, asylum seekers, industrial relations, Afghanistan, National Security, Hospitals etc.
