i did 65 in my initial test (i can probably do 65-70 now), so i went straight to week 3. i think i'll do this program and see how i go, i like it
ok so i just did column 3 of day 3 of week 3.
last set was supposed to be 28, i could only do 24 and that was with pausing lol.
i guess this program is good, but idk if its better than what i'd usually do (3xF)
i dont like this 100pushups program
like wtf, plan for week 3 is like.. 14/18/14/14/20, 20/25/15/15/25, 22/30/20/20/28.
that last day looks good, but the rest look like a waste of time for me. i'd much rather do 3 sets to failure, than 5 sets of like 15 :/
