Yeah, whoever says high fat/low carbs is a dick head. High fat diets are for FAT people who are trying to lose all the excess fat they have, and it's only a short term thing. no/minimal carb diets are not sustainable and will lead to failuer, not to mention it'll fuck up your health (liver, kidneys and you won't have enough energy)
