this is a 25/25 essay i handed in answering the question "With reference to one contemporary issue, assess the effectiveness of legal and non legal responses in achieving justice." I discussed the issue of women in relation to sexual assault and other forms of sexual violence. the main piece of critical feedback i received was to include more references to the themes and challenges and effectiveness criteria. hope this is helpful!
