Of course, school rankings change yearly (pretty much the only one that doesn't change is Ruse at 1). Depends on the strength of the cohort, as well as number of students in the cohort (this can affect things both positively and negatively, depending on the strength of the cohort).

There's no crossing. Cars have right of way there. However, point is moot, since no driver in their right mind is going to run down a pedestrian. But technically, the car is in the right in that scenario.

Do whatever subjects you feel comfortable doing. Don't take into consideration scaling etc.

Can I just say, getting 12/15 consistently is enough to get you a Band 6. It's not a bad mark. :p
