    Fair Workplace Act 2009

I'd still talk about how the AIRC used to be in charge, and if you want - how there's a shift in roles to the Fair Work Australia commission. You know I bet you some teachers wont even know what Fair Work Australia is.

    Fair Workplace Act 2009

It's still in force. workplace.gov.au - Workplace Relations Act 1996 Btw, because there has been no syllabus amendments I think it would be best to just stick to the textbook stuff, and add-on any extra changes.

    Fair Workplace Act 2009

Guys, AIRC still exists. It's not defunct yet. It will continue to exist until the 31st of December 2009. Check out the AIRC website.

Business studies - HSC 2009 predictions

Re: What question do you think we will get in the 2009 HSC Paper in Section 4? Well it wasn't in the CSSA paper and I'm pretty sure it wasn't in the Independent Paper. Although I'd also like a Methods of International expansion - I highly doubt it will be that because it was in the CSSA paper.

    Highest Exam Mark for Business?

Yes I know what you mean. However, the HSC isn't just about the external examination. If a student comes first in the external examination, good for him/her; but they shouldn't be given 'Top of the State' - JUST because they aced one exam, it's only fair that the internal assessments be...

    HSC results setup!

Last year, I signed up for the SMS service, it's a lot better, because the website often lags due to over 60,000 students logging on at once. I got my SMS around 7-ish, good wake up alarm.

Business studies - HSC 2009 predictions

Re: What question do you think we will get in the 2009 HSC Paper in Section 4? I'd personally like to see an Ethical & Legal question - either in the report or the extended response.

    how are you's feeling?

+1 Also, I don't think they've ever tested Ethical and Legal Issues in Section IV (I don't THINK, might have - don't quote me on this), so if they were looking for originality - Ethical and Legal Issues would be a topic to consider. Also, due to the global economic crisis, ethical and legal...

    Highest Exam Mark for Business?

It's possible, but I'd like to think that the kid who comes first in the state would've been able to top his/her school, therefore their assessment mark would be generated by their own exam performance. Also 100 in business studies is damn hard - it's an easy subject, but at times it can be...

Are You Ready For The HSC Business Studies exam?

See that's the thing, you should know all the syllabus points - I know right now I'm trying to make sure I know every single syllabus point.

Are You Ready For The HSC Business Studies exam?

Re: 2009 HSC Business Studies Exam!!! are you ready? But the topics itself are relatively easy - most of it is just an extension of Year 9 Commerce. I'd agree with you there. a) I'd say it would be sociocultural because it relates to family b) I'd pick that answer c) Because we were given...

Are You Ready For The HSC Business Studies exam?

Re: 2009 HSC Business Studies Exam!!! are you ready? To be honest, I think business studies is one of the easier subjects to get good marks in - raw marks I'm talking about. Back on topic, I'm quite excited about business studies, wanna get it over and done with so I can get it out of my...

extended response? how much case study?

For the extended response, they'll test you based on your knowledge of theory, so include all the required points as specified in the syllabus. But as stated in the rubric, you must use a case study, however this is just to supplement your explanation - so only include information wherever...
