Re: Excel vs. Macquarie Revision Guides I agree. Ive got the excel one but I rarely use it. Generally I avoid using study guides for modern, I think real textbooks are way more useful for this kind of subject.

Me too. Its definetly one of the drawbacks of the system. We've got full length exams for half of the subjects. Ive got full length ones for modern, maths and ee1, got a 2 hr and a 1hr 20 min for english, im campaigning for them to let us have 3 hours for bio and chem (which is making like half...

I work 2 3 hour shifts a week but im quitting soon to 'focus on my studies' (really, i just hate my job but am poor...Ive been saving so i can quit and still have some cash lol). It depends on the person. If you feel you are not having enough time then cut down on the hours. But then again...

We have an extra assessment task to make up for it. And a lot of our assessments have been exam style (eg in class essays, tests) to compensate.
