go with option 2 and pick up advanced english. its nearly impossible to get a high band 5 or 6 with standard. plus i think you could handle it. 11 units with one backup since your not great at one. dont do a langauge unless your very keen and can achieve well at it in all areas.

not necessarily - maths is a very demanding subject, even for those who can 'breeze' through the simpler concepts. extension in my opinion disadvantages my other subjects.... this isnt the case for everyone, but i think it is for me and reng.
