The media do unrealistically represent body image, but you have to remember that they publish what people demand. Eg. if people wanted to see skinny, untanned men with less than a six pack in undies ads, then thats how it would be marketed.

Creasing is when you use a thick or mousse based eye shadow and there is eyeshadow missing in the 'creases' of your eyelids-where your skin naturally folds a bit when you open and close your eyes.
Its not usually a problem unless you've got liquid foundation on your eyelids before application...
