Waaat? For tickets too? Not only do we (as in produce) laminate our tickets, so does Meat, Seafood and Deli. Also all Homebrand and Signature Range products in the store that hardly ever change prices have a permanent laminated 4pp ticket (Or 9pp depending on facings)

A lot of our ends are actually built by company reps, either Sunday evening or Monday morning. Other ends without Reps are built by Night fill on Sunday. If they aren't built and no reps are coming in to build them it is usually the SM or Duty manager who do them on Monday morning. We have 6...

Hey it's your choice whatever you want to do. I personally wouldn't fancy eating something that has been thrown into a bin which flies, maggots and cockroaches hang around in. (Our bins at work atm need a MAJOR major clean)

Haha our UPS only powers the registers, and a few little security lights dotted around the store. We don't have another generator that powers everything else, so when our power goes we have to go around and escort all customers outside until the power comes back on for the pure reason that our...

I'm sticking with Produce. My plan is to stay in the Department for at least another 6 months, and then try and progress over to a Dry Goods department, to climb another step on the 'ladder'. If I had gone the other way, I don't think I would have the same opportunities as I would in a trade...

Again, with my jam packed thrilling life... Two more shots of inside my Supermarket....It was a bit hard because the program I'm using is for building houses, not Supermarkets :P Lol One of checkouts, the other of pretty much the store. The shelves are empty because no nightfill turned up...

Ha, we get 4 boxes of smokes a week, 2 on Tuesday and 2 on Thursday. Considering we have 4 smoke carousels + 2 floor - counter displays on Express. We (as in produce) got raped today. It was full-ish this morning, just left and it's like World War 3 has hit.
