On my report it said I was tied first BUT I was really first by only a few points. (e.g. .75 and the other was .65) Therefore I got the first ranking but in the school system the marks just round up to the whole number. It would be correct I am 99% sure.

You don't need to prepare. But have a good general idea of why you want to study dent and some personal qualities. You can actively find this info and as I am your competition this year (and a very competitive year), I am going to let you find it out for yourself.
