I've been told that after the raw mark cut off for e4, it is a linear scale meaning - Take for instance last years raw mark cut off - 65 aligned to 90. There are 35 marks in between this cut off and in regards to HSC marks there are 10 (90,91,92 etc). Basically what happens is every 3.5...
