    Idea

If you're doing standard, it's acceptable (which is still pretty bad), if you're doing advanced, stuff it.

    Meeting New People

+1 Although after all this: 1.Intro 2.School 3.People You know that are common ... then you can talk about other things/try to crack them up

    edward scissor hands

Watch the movie. Take notes on lighting, camera angles, camera shots... then come back here if you still don't understand parts of it and need clarification or something. Other than that, he didn't belong there because previously he was isolated up in the mountain all by himself ie he doesn't...

    Troubles in Chemistry

I'd suggest doing that with Chemistry Contexts 2, really don't like Conquering Chemistry. His writing style is easy to understand (and so is the style in Chemistry Contexts), but his science is off at times. Slightly dodgy. If all else fails, to get a good basic outline, read the Macquarie...

    choosing a book

Try Jeffrey Archer, easy to read and well... it's just "fun" to read. Would recommend The Eleventh Commandment. Or if you can find it, something by Edgar Allen Poe, he writes really good crime stories.

    As You Like It

Most crapulent piece of Shakespeare I've ever seen. There's nothing of substance to pull from it goddamnit! Even my related texts are better!! The concepts of belonging in it are so lacking - this play was never meant to be analysed, it was never meant to mean anything. So why are trying to...

    Sophistication?

Usually at uni libraries. Sophistication usually involves getting rid of half assed arguments, cleaning up your use of language, improving concision and most importantly, refining your writing style. This can be helped by re-writing your past essays. Got an 11/15 for an essay? FIX IT UP. 11...

    Complex Numbers locus :O

yeah yeah, it's meant to be. paint sucks and so does complex numbers so... live with it.

    Complex Numbers locus :O

    here you go

    Complex Numbers locus :O

    Arg|z - 2| = Arg|z + 3i| Arg|z - 2| - Arg|z + 3i| = 0 Arg|(z - 2)/(z + 3i)| = 0 See those blue numbers? Think of them like a quadratic eqn eg (x - 2)(x + 3) = 0. So from Arg|(z - 2)/(z + 3i)| = 0, you get 2 points, 2 & 3i. Shove on graph. And since the angle is 0, it's a straight line...

    Complex Numbers locus :O

    Yeah, open circles.

    Complex Numbers locus :O

    meh, I'm old and out of touch. Anyhow: Arg|z - 2| = Arg|z + 3i| Arg|z - 2| - Arg|z + 3i| = 0 Arg|(z - 2)/(z + 3i)| = 0 Which looks like ... see attachment

    Complex Numbers locus :O

What's the question? And yeah, technically more correct if you do the open circle

are you a english or maths person?

Both, I do about the same in them (top 5). Maths is ok and easier for me to pick up, but I enjoy English more.
