Problem: I received an offer with B Sc @ UNSW but I was wondering if I accept this and wish to chance preferences for late round ..and supposing I do get into some UWS course, does this mean the $250 enrolment fee is dead? Do all unis charge money for acceptance?!?! :mad:

I want to do Med Sc but UWS seems the best option right now... UNSW would be great but do you think my chance of getting into 2nd year Med would be real if I did B science? UAI-wise...I dont really think, esp. if they do a 50:50 thing... Are my hopes...dreams ...destroyed for all...

Well in short, my problem is that I got into UNSW but now I'm wondering if I could possibly get into Med Sc @ UWS in late round. My UAI is all that high, just around 80...:rolleyes: If any one could make suggestions that would be great! Thanks

I think the current bad publicity given to the campbelltown hospital actually may affect those studying/training there to obtain prof. qualifications. It's true that UWS (Hawesbury & Campbelltown) is less preferred for Med Sc than Syd or UNSW, but I agree that the course is what matters NOT...

B forensic @ UWS... B Forensic Sc is a new course for UWS though Hawkesbury may be a bugger to get to.. and from the UWS D-day, if you get anything above 85 then you have a chance! G'luck!
