Well the vote could be weighted in some form based upon the amount of tax a person pays (obviously capped at a maximum weight [100K tax or something etc] so you don't then have Gina Rhinehart running the country etc). Or perhaps the weighting could be based upon a number of factors such as age...

The trouble with that though is not many people hold those. While in contrast a much greater number hold bachelor degrees (and higher). Plus, you would need candidates to have that minimum education requirement etc. Most politicians do hold bachelor degrees. I mean any sort of bachelors...

High school is not enough. Holding a bachelors should be a requirement to vote.
