if you dont have access at all u can apply buy phone and they add the cost to ur phone bill...but I wouldnt suggest it as its like 83 secs a min to use the phone service

Joe its all relative you know...depending on how tough ur exams are and how hard ur skool marks, you cant really compare internal marks so don't worry too much...the HSC mark will be the true indicator
