I have practiced quite a few question asking the "effective of govt. policies" and all... ...but one thing Im still uncertain of is ~ when they ask you to "evaluate the effectiveness..." (usually in a long repsonse question) should you begin with a "yes" or "no" to answer the question ---> and...

*Um* it just confuses me how they give you stimulus material when you do the economics essay questions in exams (same as Bus. Studies)... ...but i was wondering if there's any particular way I should use the stimulus material and why they give you the stimulus material to begine with *LOL*...
