    Adfa-osb

The difference between the OSB and everything you've done before is that it's the only part of the recruitment process where you're actually in competition with other candidates. In terms of what you need to know, everything you've researched for your assessment day is relevant. At the end of...

    Muay Thai/Boxers

No offense, but it takes about a lesson and a half of boxing to figure out why wing chun doesn't work.

    Muay Thai/Boxers

If there's a pcyc near you, it's worth checking it as almost all of them have good, hard boxing programs that turn out competitive fighters. Also, a fair amount of them have other MA's like bjj, judo or muay thai. My 2c, if your interested in bjj its probably worthwhile checking out judo...

Have you ever had a real fist fight?

I used to fight alot a few years back, with varying levels of success. Anyone do martial arts?

Surprisingly, i am a judo-holic. I also cross train in boxing and tkd/kickboxing as i intend to start MMA when i fisnish my HSC. In my opinion, if you're not training with full contact sparring, your not training to fight, though thats not to say that kata doesn't have its place. Nonetheless, if...

    Muay Thai

Any cage fighters out there? I primarily train in judo with a heavy bjj influence, and cross train in boxing and tae kwon do. I've trained with a few MT guys at the dojo and they hit hard and hit fast, are suprisingly hard to throw from the clinch, and are babies on the floor. Grappling rules!

    2008 HSC drama students

I love drama, anyone who says it isn't a bludge is doing it wrong. All i need to do is prance around on stage a few times a year and write a so so essay, and the marks roll in. It probably helps that i'm working with some insanely talented people in my class, putting the gp in the bag. I haven't...
