Hi, What are the chances of transfering from Monash Nursing to RMIT MI providing that I've got an atar of 88ish last year but failed a unit in the first semester and overall, the uni results aren't that good. Do they take into account ur high school atar results as well as ur uni results...

Um, bumping this thread up. So, Gen ed is basically anything besides the courses from your faculty. I'm a media student so it's arts and social science faculty it seems. does that mean I can't do anything within that faculty? i want to do a course that is related to improving vocabulary like...

yeah, you can do that. since you've accepted ur first round offer, it doesn't matter if you put that in for next round or not.

What's weird is that my friend who got high 60s UAI got into UWS Arts (the highest one which is 98.30 :o) in the late round but not Macquarie Arts even though he put Macquarie as first preference...

went today, was late 20 min for the welcome thing (no sits so had to stand) which lasted 1 hour only (i was expecting they talk more about the course but when i got there, all they talked about was arc membership and joining clubs). didnt talk to anyone or had opportunity to meet anyone :(...

Umm, is that enrolment advisory day any important? i have it today but i don't know if i should go (do people even go?). is it just for assisting in enrolment or do they also show the unit outline and go over it? thanks in advance.

What's the chance that certain course go up by 10 UAI in the late round compare to the main round? Hmm...and if there is no 'V' (vacancies) next to the course, does it mean the course is full and is only likely to accept you IF certain student drop out?

LOL kinda same for me. got accepted into Bachelor of Digital Media, Bachelor of Science (Computer Science)/Bachelor of Digital Media which was my second pref. but cofa...i've never been there and i prefer unsw main campus...might switch back to media course but i bet its gonna go up to 93 uai...
