What school? Even though it's lower than mine, i reckon you'll be 80+ no problems. Maybe even 90+ but the mathematics definitely has to improve in the externals. How can top 11 not get a band 5+ in english? :confused:

98+ if you do well in maths and you score a mid band 6 in english advanced i reckon. Because maths is great scaling and english has to count (plus it's the only subject we all do so moderation across the board comes into effect - at least what i've been in told).

Yeah i agree, but i can fit in 1350 words (timed myself just then) in 40mins so i thought what the hell. It's all about how fast you write :/ I have been told though by my teachers that 800-900 is good.

Yeah i do about 1100, just do as much as you are comfortable with in 40mins (ie if you max out at 850 then stop then). You really shouldn't be trying to finish off your creative in like 20mins and spend 1hr on the essay for eg. Loving the 'wok count' in the title :) Oh yeah, ignore my...
