    Under 18 for O-Week

Unknowing first year here! A good deal of O-Week events are held at Manning bar and I've noticed only a small portion actually specify 18+. I'm curious, is there an age restriction to get into the place?

Can someone clarify how offers are made?

Woo okay, thanks for that :) And the University of Australia was just a hypothetical to prevent people giving me details about any particular course.

Can someone clarify how offers are made?

My understanding is this: The University of Australia offers a Bachelor of University Studies. There are 300 places and 400 applicants. The first 300 people have an ATAR of 94+ where the rest fall a teensy bit below. All vacancies are allocated to the highest scoring ATAR candidates, and the...

    Estimate your own ATAR

As the days go on my estimate has gone from being in the mid range 80s to now the low 60s. I don't know what to expect and I don't really want to know what I get!

What are you going to do the moment you finish your HSC ?

Re-join my gym and after that, go buy cute workout clothes to workout in. I will then go to the supermarket and buy some vegetables and other such healthy goods. I solemnly swear to never classify ice cream as a meal after November 6. Aaaand then I'll go get sloshed and celebrate. Woo!

Trial HSC - stressed or not?

At first, I wasn't at all stressed, but after having many failures I feel like my average is going to be brought down significantly. I'm worried I won't even make it to Uni after this. Sigh. One more exam and I'm done.

    PIP

...As someone who takes SAC and worked my butt off trying to write and edit my PIP to get it submitted in time, I am really offended that you would ask for help or even editing. Do it yourself! It's YOUR HSC, not ours!

CSSA Trials: English AOS Paper 1

Love love loved it. I was calm the entire time, to the extent that my handwriting maintained neatness (and this is coming from someone with chicken-scratch handwriting during exams!), I answered every question and felt really, really confident. Creative story was really easy to associate with...

    HSC + Weight Gain?

Anyone enduring weight gain throughout the HSC? I'm a vegetarian and typically eat super clean and exercise regularly, but in the last three or so months my diet has gone to sh*t! I've been eating a few biscuits and lollies each afternoon, hash browns and hot chips are becoming a staple and I...
