    uhmmm if this is aimed at me ... sorry ? and TheWolfsLunch ... No i haven't seen that movie , but I've never thought about th metabolism issue .. but i'd think yes , if you worked out hard enough with a balanced diet , no reason it wouldn't .. it'd b quite beneficial really ..
