    Scabbing marks

I wouldn't say "artificially inflate" - it's more like completing the exam to your best ability. Also, if you try and query an exam which has been double marked, you will be disappointed since it'll be 2 against one.

Struggling to pick one more subject.

It depends on what subjects you think will count for you HSC. Since only 10 units will go towards your ATAR, then it really just comes down to which subject you like the best. However, if you think that either drama or PDHPE will count, it might be better to do PDHPE as drama involves putting a...

    Maths Extension 2 Half Yearlys!

Do a few questions from each textbook exercise on conics to make sure you're okay with the fundamentals, but then just start doing as many past papers you can. WE ALL NEED TO SHARE OUR HALF YEARLY EXAMS

Yes, it does exist and you will probably be seeing more of What? How?Why? in your HSC. I reckon it's going to be better since it seems really contrived when they use directive terms and you're marked on how well you know the verbs rather than your knowledge on the content.

    WHAT IS THE HARDEST???

Special relativity in the Space module for physics is not that easy to get your head around - I'm finding that module the hardest due to the sheer number of equations

    What do you guys regret?

Ditching extracurriculars during prelim because I thought it would give me more time to study. It resulted in 1. deterioration in time management skills, 2. Abject boredom and 3. Asian F in English

I think I've actually done worse after going to tutoring since its taking up a whole day on the weekend = less time to study

    Roll Call: Class of 2012

Depending on your rankings and whether or not you're wanting to science or med in university - drop either eco or physics. In saying that, there's always bridging courses for university, so it just depends on which subjects you like and how well you're doing at the moment.

Not enjoying physics at all, last week to change subjects?

If you're really not enjoying a subject, it's best to drop it as early as possible since you're spending time on it that could be used on other subjects. Would you consider doing English Extension 1? Some of the modules are quite compatible with modern history and it's definitely more...
