pick economics, looks really interesting.. i regret not picking it for my hsc last year. biology is good, but if you get stuck with a shit teacher you are fucked. (assuming economics can be self taught with as much ease as legal studies)
What are the chances that a course currently listed as having no vacancies (not having a (V) next to it) becoming vacant between now and the late round? Basically is there any chance getting a late round offer from a course that has no vacancies atm? or should i not get my hopes up.

Depends on the question really, but generally on effectiveness you talk about effectiveness of legal/non-legal measures (domestic and international) dealing with international crime (transnational + crimes against international community)
dude is that even part of the syllabus? Not once do i recall studying law reform in regards to human rights.. unless you mean the development of human rights?
