Yeh, im really keen on the cadetship. Hopefully ill do well enough to extend it to the next year! The main issue is the extra 2 years i need to spend at university than anyone else doing a double degree. Is an extra 2 years worth it?

Sorry seremify, i fail to see the link between unauthorised speculative trader and progression from back to front office for Nick Leeson. The other guy worked his way up from back-middle office which is impressive.

Rigorous past papers is the best. Exposes you more to a wider range of questions. Ive got about 10 days till trials. Mine start on the 16th July. Done like 4-5 maths papers. Rewrote eco notes and two essays so far Rewrote english quotes and got three essays done so far Physicals nearly...

Your kid doesn't happen to go to Ascham does she? Yes there is pressure but not the extent your suggesting, she is in year 8! Ascham is the private school with the most pressure on students with their implementation of the 'Dalton Plan'. BOSers google it if your not sure. Let her have fun...
