Sodam is right. My teacher's a HSC marker and she said you should always do this. You should always answer at least one question from every option topic, otherwise marker's think you haven't got the variety they're looking for.
I think it's ok to refer to old acts, but yes defs refer to the new act. You can use old acts to say how they introduced certain concepts, like Contract Review Act 1980 created precedent for unconscionable contracts in the Amadios case.

My Trial timetable is horrible, have English Extension 1 and Chem first day, then Paper 1 and Legal day after, then Paper 2 day after. HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THAT
Was wondering whether using 12 Angry Men would be a good related text for conflicting perspectives.
It ties in well with the module but i'm just concerned that it's overused, can anyone confirm this?
