Can anyone help me interpret my MATH1141 timetable and lecturers?

That pdf file is for Semester 1 of 2013. Maybe they changed things around and hence no thursday lecture is being shown on that file. Also, the lecturers/combination of lecturers might have changed as well. EDIT: ComputingGuide provided a link.

Are cathode rays are electrons ?

AD is right. If they want ONE example, use the electric plate one. That's the one that really confirmed it an electron.

    What does A+C mean??

No. You would still need an ATAR of 80 (I believe) for aviation (flying). EDIT: Read this http://www.aviation.unsw.edu.au/future/futureugrad.html According to that, the minimum ATAR requirement is 81 (in 2010).

    Should I change my tutor?

Those two conflicts. Seriously, a good tutor is one that helps you inside and outside of tutor lessons. He/she is only doing half the job. No matter how good he/she is inside the classroom, they are no where near as perfect as one that can support you at times of urgency.

    Question about UMAT

Chances are, it'll be during trials. I doubt it'll be recorded as an absence. You'll need to ask your year advisor.

    Maths homework takes so long?!

Sorry to say but it seems like you post a lot of threads regarding help with homework. Is your homework too difficult that's why you find it time consuming? Or is your teacher one of those who give a lot of simple questions with repetitive working out? Or even a lot of questions of mediocre...

Question about studying ahead in Maths

Good advice Strawberrye. I too would also not recommend in studying ahead. Use this time to revise (you're in a good position, it'll definitely put you at an advantage when it's exam time if you use it wisely). 1. Revising while your mind is still familiar with the topic is the way to go...

Which topic is the hardest in your opinion?

+1 on Motor and Generators. A lot of my friends find that the hardest of the three cores as well. Not sure about the elective as I only did Q2Q. Although, it does follow on from I&I closely.
