imo there can't be better wam booster courses than phys1160 because it frees up so much time for other courses.
I dont think there is any Gen ed worth doing other than brave new world, astronomy , personal finance.
Even then the latter two needs some effort to get 75
If you want to save money, dont buy the book, just copy everything Olsen wrote, it's more than enough
Also try to get the class tests from previous years (easily done if you join those facebook groups).
Scan it four or five times.
Put it in different orders into your calculators and see if they match or not.
Maths is a subject less prone to silly mistakes because the answers are easily verified in most cases.
There is no moodle, no notes, no course packs and no nothing, no tutorial for this course.
How do you survive this course ? It's not even possible to learn from other countries' lecture notes because of different sign conventions?
But that doesn't make sense. Who gets the pass then if everyone gets the credit ?
Everything must be fit into the curve but now there are too many Cs compared to Passes.

Nothing too hard except there are a lot of contents to learn in 3 months. Maple test is quite annoying though.
Final isn't too hard because they gave you past exam questions to prepare.
