    Laptop Advice....HELP Please!

    Hey guys, I'll be going to university this year and I'm looking to buy a new laptop. I've had a look at Macs as I've heard they're great for uni, however I really don't know which one to choose. Any ideas? ANy advice? There are so many variables!! Or... would it be better to opt for any other...

    I just tried it... I suspect you may be right despite marks higher than 50 not being accepted for other subjects. I'm hoping that SOR is just a "one-off" mistake on the ATAR calculator. Fingers crossed!!

    Though I realise the difference in difficulty, I felt the same way. For some reason it also accepts a mark above 50 which is impossible for a 1 unit subject. Thanks so much for your input. I'll give it a go.

    Does anyone know why marks in the high forties for Studies of Religion 1 unit get scaled down to below 30 according to the Einstein ATAR calculator??? I'm freaking out here... I've been advised that this is the most accurate ATAR calculator out there... Any idea why this might be so?

    I can't remember where I read or heard this, but I think it's around 50. Hope this helps...

    You're right in saying so. I think I need to develop some sort of routine. It's just that I feel that I should have done so be now, and already know what I expect of myself and require to achieve high results. I thought I did...at least until I received my report.

    Thank you for being so understanding. I'm not too sure what motivates me...I think it is the idea of getting good results in the end, and...learning (as stupidly nerdy as it sounds). But the problem is it's not working any more because this year has been terrible at school, result wise.
