so I know that changing flux according to faradays law produces an EMF. And eddy currents arise from changing flux. So do eddy currents induce because of faradays law or nah?
so if the question asks for direction of induced current, do we always think of Lenz's law?
so we always answer that its clockwise/anti since there will be an eddy current
how would I do the attached one? do I use right hand palm rule and oppose the force or grip rule?
so to prove that aluminium oxide is ampiphrotic, I want to show it by equations but which ones do I use?
can you show how I can use the fact that water is amphiprotic, to demonstrate this? thanks!
so apparently for sulphuric acid it dissociates two times and first its:
H2SO4 + H2O → H3O+ + HSO4-
HSO4- + H2O ↔ H3O+ + SO4 2- but the equilibrium is to the left.
and the overall reaction is:H2SO4 + 2H2O → HSO4- + 2H3O+ + SO4 2-
how do they get this overall reaction??
thank you <3
so if we have the equation of ammonia synthesis:
N2 + 3H2--> 2NH3
and the volume of the reaction vessel is halved 10 seconds after the reactants are first mixed. Skeych a graph of Nitrogen and Hydrogen concentration vs time Start the graph at the time when the reactants are first added and...
Two circles of radii 3cm and 4cm have their centres 5cm apart. Calculate the area common to both circles correct to 2 decimal places.
we use minor segments but I'm not getting the answer 6.64cm squared
need help with these pls
integrate bewtween y=|x^2 -3x +2| and the x axis, between x=0 and x=3
area between x^2=4y and y^2=4x (confused about if we should integrate y or x)
area between y=-x^2+4x-3, y axis and the lines x=4 and y=4
