They put me into the bottom advanced which gets folded at the end of year 11 to standard

I am getting 90% in 5.2 and my teacher initially said they would make sure I get into extension.

I am in year 10 at epping boys but wanting to change to carlingford high school coz my school says I can only do maths standard. Does anyone know if I can choose subjects either at carlingford or parramatta high school. I want to do actuarial for uni so I need maths extension

My teacher promised he would make sure I would get into maths advanced at the least

I am a current year 10 student at Epping Boys High School and am ranked 12th in 5.2 but I am not being allowed to enter the maths advanced class, or maths extension. My only option is maths standard. Is anyone aware on whether carlingford high school does the same?
