UPDATE: I figured out that you have to check the handbook to enrol in the courses they suggest. I’ve been able to find the right courses for sociology and anthropology now!

If anyone can help with my first question that would be much appreciated as I’m trying to enrol before any other classes fill up, however I don’t want to make any mistakes!

I mean ig that’s fair enough but at the end of the day for me personally Extension 1 English did feel like just an extra unit. Also I feel like OP should go for it cos they can drop whenever they like at the end of the day. But all your points are valid. Also side note the PFP is straight fire!!

Okay, for some other subjects. Business studies an 81 aligned to an 88 and an 88 aligned to a 92. For ancient history an 81 also aligned to an 88. Finally, for legal studies, a 93 aligned to a 96.

oh I also know a 40.5 for English extension aligned to a 46.

Since our teachers have access to how well we did in each section, they can tell you your mark for each section and add it up to figure out the raw mark. What I sent was from my mark and a friend’s mark.

Ik it must be the worst alignment for English advanced since forever.

I know an 86 in English advanced turned into a 90 through alignment and an 83 turned into an 88.

Actually USYD provides one bonus point for anyone that could provide document proof of being school captain or dux of their school. However, I believe this may have been earlier within the year so to original poster you may want to check if that’s still available and if you’re eligible!
