Bach of Science Masters of Nursing uSYD

Hey guys, wanted to know anyones experiences with this degree. I want to become a doctor, but I need a backup plan and this is my backup plan in order to attempt going into medicine. I understand they are two different career pathways, but this is a certain allied health career I would happily...

    blacktown boys vs st marys

Hey, I went SMSHS graduated with a 80+ atar. The cohourt is decent, but the responsibilities in your hand and not the teachers. :) Whether you can work independently is something crucially assessed as most work you'll realise is they don't just hand-feed you stuff. Very similar to university.

How does one get better at short answers in english?

Yeah we got LOTS of essay samples last year, that’s how I was able to formulate good essays I suppose. But it was also from my hard work. You can check some HSC websites too! I think it’s called ACEHSC? But my HSC days are over… but best wishes! :)

OMG lowkey it’s my favourite subject haha! We have spot tests each week, it’s nerve wracking but it’s fun! I think the easiest way to study in my opinion is flash cards, I use anki, creating notes are super time consuming, and it basically sounds like i’m just typing the lecture, so instead i...

How does one get better at short answers in english?

Easiest way genuinely, is to revise the most common techniques you’ll see in a short answer response or image. I continuously practiced the longer responses as they can automatically fit into short answers. Finding common, yet, sophisticated techniques can really elevate your response...

Feedback on English Adv & Ext?

Hey! I’m not one to help with marking essays, but I had the same experience as you were my teacher told me to drop english advanced. But luckily I proved her wrong by scoring a 92 in my mocks and overall 89 in the HSC (still salty). One advice is to actually follow structures they give you like...

The thing is, IT really pairs good with neuroscience/cognitive science (something i’m interested in) so having a major in IT or a double degree kind of works out. There’s an extent to computing involved between the two hence why! But yeah, and it’s also like a plan B resort in a way as well if...

I think to some extent yeah, I’m pretty sure. I’ve had interest in doing neuroscience for a while, in my opinion, just because it’s hard doesn’t mean I can try do my best right ? 😅 Honestly, i’m still in a rabbit hole. Doing clinical science which was med focused, was enjoyable at first, but I...

Hey! So I currently do a bachelor of science majoring in psychological science, just got out of clinical science at macquarie university and I’m a first year. Did 5 units and it destroyed my WAM completely, (remained a credit). But I realised after that semester that I wanted to do something...
