A very reliable source from within usyd has informed me that applicant numbers for usyd have dropped dramatically, same as uts. Main cause being the recent fee increases. This meaning, if you can afford to go to either of these unis and you think you may have just missed out due to high cutoffs...

no, because the ranks shown on your 'yearly' report only display your rank based on the assessments done in the second semester. howecer, the ranks available on the net are your overall ranks.

i used the example of legal aid.. it exists, but it is not available to all.. i used the case of dietrich v. the queen (1992) as the precedent to prove that it is a legal right, however due to a means, merit and jurisdiction test, it may not necessarily be granted to all

i did JFK and focussed on the contrasting opinions of othodox and revisionist historians..basically just wrote that the historian is influenced by context/ their intended audience... used examples and blah..
