I'm a first year Law/Arts student and for this semester i only did an intro unit to Law. I failed 1 out of 2 assignments and i'm pretty sure i've failed the exam. Is this going to set the scene for the entire Law part of my degree???? fail, fail, fail, occassional pass?
Should i drop it while...
Hey law ppl's can I have some advice?
First year Law/Arts student, only did the intro law unit this semester which i failed 1 of 2 assignments and 99% sure i failed my exam....is this setting the scene for my entire law degree? fail, fail, fail, occassional pass?
Should i just drop the law...
Hey i only got a UAI of like 67 and im doing law/arts at UNE. So if you want it bad enough you'll probably get it and always rememeber there's more than one way to skin a cat.
Just a question is it ok to record lectures? On a voice recorder i mean? because i get really distracted trying to take notes and often just miss half the stuff people are saying, i prefer just to listen. Im going to be doing Law/Arts: political and international studies.
I'm bored and for no other reason than that i thought i would write my opinion on God.
Firstly if it ever was proved that God did/does exist the world would go fukn psycho and start praying night and day trying to get in his/her good book-nothing would get done and the human population would die...
There are so many books that i absolutely love out there!!!
Here's just a few authors names for different genre's....
Bryce Courtenay - My favourite author ever and he writes across quite a few genre's/forms such as true story, pre/mid/post war, fiction, colonial australia, etc. he wrote "the...
You can go on UNE's website and they give you an example timetable of how many units and what to do each year that they reccomend

I'm doing law/arts next year as well.
i had absolutely no idea of what the actual meaning of tomograpghy was!!!!
I mean sure its in CAT and PET but i've never been told the definition of the word so i kinda bumbled on just how great tomography is without actually saying exactly what it was......
i dont understand 13...shouldn't it be 'b'? coz i worked it out by finding its frequency and then finding its energy by e=hf?
Also whats the go with 5? shouldt it be D? when ya use time dilation formula it came up with D?
Ok yeah understand- like you need the variables- i actually was going to put c but thought that saying "pea plants" was like too specific and doesnt cover all plants but oh well 14 (possibly 13-lol) out of 15 is good enough for me.
Ok since we both have highly sophiticated and logical minds (not to mention stubborn) i think we should just agree to disagree. Also, i love saying my bio teacher wrote the excel book- i think it allows me some braggin rights.
Anyway thanks for that very stimulating debate- i love disagreeing...
no, when the body temp is low "increasing metabolism, so more heat is made throughout the body" (EXCEL biology- author DIANE ALFORD who is my bio teacher) meaning that the metabolism of the animal wouldn't need to increase coz the temp of the cage is already increasing making its body temp...
It doesn't matter if the temp is over their normal temp or if it's under it- just that it's different means that they have been able to maintain it. EG. Think of metabolic process for temp regualtion. Sweating, in endotherm is used to lower temp, like a kangaroo does. Now an ectotherm doesn't...
The answer is C. It doesnt matter the temp of the cage, the fact the animal has a different temp from its environment means you can conclude that through metabolic processes it maintained it's body temp and thus an endotherm. Why is D wrong? Because the fact they say the word "METABOLISM". In...
Early entry
Yeah i mean for UNE SRAS.... I was going to try and get in that way for law?
I don't know if i should be doing community work or volunteering to make myself look good or what...i also have no idea how competitive it is which makes it that much harder as to whether i should stick...
You know, suprisingly, i want to do law (even though i think my brain has been slowly dying ever since i started year twelve) yet it seems if i ever do get the chance, I'm going to end up either
a) thinking i'm top shit
b) sounding like a wanker
c) acting fake
d) pretending my UAI was 99.6
e)...
this is pretty random but i want to do law at UNE but i want to be able to get in through early entry but i dont know what sort of things early entry is based on.....any ideas?????
