i practise kung fu, rare stlye called "dog boxing" focuses alot on ground techniques lots of rolling breakfalls and shit. love it. nothing better to keep ur mind OFF skool than practising martial arts i think.

iv been training some kung fu for about the last year. Not looking to be able to beat people up, just love the skill of all the movents :). Looking to start some bjj. should be good. anyone else practise traditional kung fu??
