I study alot, but when doing 4U, I take breaks every 40 min, Breaks about 5min or 10 min long. It helps, refresh your brain and it helps grasp much more info. Maths teacher told us, and its worked for every subject so far.. :)

because when compared to advanced eng, standard is marked from band 1-5 so 100% in standard, gets 90% when compared to state. I think thats how it works. The work load is no way lesser, its just easier topics to understand. But workload I think is similar.
